DAY 1
Morning: Arrive at your departure location to meet for group check-in. Departure for Québec’s Jean-Lesage International airport. Arrival in Québec and brief orientation tour prior to arriving to the Château Frontenac.
Evening: Dinner at local French Canadian restaurant with “ambience extraordinaire”! Evening Skating at the Carré D’Youville (Skates & helmets will be provided)

DAY 2
Morning: Breakfast au Café Buade. Historical guided tour of Lower Town, birthplace of French America. Students will have time to explore lower town and do some shopping. Lunch in lower town.
Afternoon: Visit the Musée de la Civilisation.
Evening: Dinner at Restaurant Tomas Tam. Attend a Québec Major League Hockey game at the famous Québec Colisée between the Québec Remparts and the Oceanic of Rimouski.

DAY 3
Morning: Breakfast at the Huron Village ‘ONHOÜA CHETEK8E’ after breakfast we will visit the. Reserve and learn their way of life as well as a fur workshop.
Afternoon: Visit of North America’s ‘ICE HOTEL’. Coach sightseeing tour of the Beaupré Coast and Saint-Anne-de-Beaupré Basilica. Visit the Copper Museum of ‘Albert Gilles’ and experiment with copper engravings. Guided tour of the Bee Museum. Historic Mill of Moulin du Petit-Pré (TBA).
Evening: Traditional French Canadian dinner in the 18th Century farmhouse “Auberge Baker Inn”

DAY 4
Morning: Breakfast at the ‘Marie G’. Wolfe-Moncalm re-enactment of the Battle of the Plaines of Abraham. Visit Parc’s Canada ODYSEE museum.
Afternoon: Lunch on Grande-Allée. Martello Tower #1 - history on the War of 1812. Visit of L’Observatoire de la Capitale
Evening: Dinner at historic Maison Jacquet restaurant « Les Anciens Canadiens ». “Bowling night” in the Old Capital.

DAY 5:
Morning: Breakfast ‘Restaurant Le Cosmos’. Attend class at Saint Patrick’s High School. Lunch at Saint Patrick’s High School.
Afternoon: Musée National des Beaux-Arts du Québec on the Plains of Abraham. Shopping in Old Quebec.
Evening: Dinner at “Les Voutes du Cavour” in the historic vaults of Place Royale. Movie night or IMAX Theatre (depending on movie).

DAY 6
Morning: Breakfast at « Restaurant Le Parlementaire ». Visit of l’Assemblé Nationale de Québec. Return to hotel to change clothes. Visit of historic Morrin College in Old Québec
Afternoon: Lunch on own. Visit of Artillerie Park and it’s fortifications.
Evening: Dinner at ‘La Vieille Maison du Spaghetti. Swimming at Laval University (or alternate cultural activity).

DAY 7
Morning: Breakfast at St-Hubert. Visit of the Québec Aquarium.
Afternoon: Snowshoeing on the Plains of Abraham « La promenade du raquetteur ». Return to hotel to prepare for evening.
Evening: Depart for dinner at the ‘Le Cabane à Pierre in a traditional French Canadian sugar shack with entertainment.

DAY 8
Morning: Breakfast at North America’s oldest private club ‘Le Cercle de la Garnison’ – Formal attire is requested. Check-out of accommodation Visit of a Cookie Factory – ‘ Aventure Leclerc ‘. Light dinner snack prior to departure.
Evening: Board motor coach for Jean-Lesage International airport. Arrive at Jean Lesage International airport to board your flight home.
