We start the tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina’s fascinating capital with its unique architecture, cobblestone streets and vibrant neighbourhoods. We then travel to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world, and visit Tierra del Fuego National Park before flying to El Calafate. We end our visit in Chile’s capital, Santiago, a city framed by the majestic Andes Mountain range.

Depart Toronto for Buenos Aires.

DAY 2 | Nov. 02, 2018 | Benos Aires
Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, Argentina’s fascinating capital, we meet our local representative for the transfer to the hotel.

Overnight at Hotel NH Buenos Aires City or similar (2 nights)

DAY 3 | Nov. 3, 2018 | Buenos Aires (B, D)
Breakfast at our hotel to start. Enjoy a morning city tour of Buenos Aires, where we will drive to the Plaza de Mayo to find the seat of governments' Casa Rosada or "Pink House", the Cabildo (town hall) and the Metropolitan Cathedral, home to the Archbishop of Buenos Aires. You will also see a number of districts including, San Telmo which, until 1888 was a port area on the river.

Today San Telmo is one of the most modern and sophisticated districts in Buenos Aires. The worker district La Boca is famous for its colourful tin-houses and its history as a living district of Italian fishermen and dock workers from the 19th century and the Barrio Norte district “ Recoleta “is the wealthy area of Buenos Aires. We will also visit the cemetery of Recoleta where we will find the grave of Eva Duarte, who became famous as Evita Perón. Later we will tour through the widest avenue in the world, the Avenida 9 de Julio seeing the Plaza Lavalle, with the Federal Court of Justice and the Teatro Colón. Finally we will visit Palermo with its parks and gardens.

We return back to the hotel to refresh, before venturing out to experience a live tango show, entertainment and dinner at one of the oldest theaters in Buenos Aires.

DAY 4 | Nov. 4, 2018 | Buenos Aires - Ushuaia (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport for the flight to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. Upon arrival, we transfer to the hotel and the rest of the day is at our leisure to enjoy seeing Ushuaia.

DAY 5 | Nov. 5, 2018 | Ushuaia (B, L)
After breakfast we'll enjoy a half-day tour of Tierra del Fuego National Park, created in 1960 to protect the southernmost forests by the Beagle Channel, and covering an area of 63,000 hectares. The National Park is crossed by many rivers which flow into the Beagle Channel and as we drive through there will be plenty of photographic moments as we pass unique and beautiful scenery.

Afterwards we will enjoy a traditional barbeque lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to the hotel, where the remainder of the day will be at our leisure.

DAY 6 | Nov. 6, 2018 | Ushuaia - El Calafate (B)
After breakfast, we will check out and transfer to the airport for our flight to El Calafate, considered the gateway to some of South America’s best natural wonders. After arriving at our hotel, the remainder of the day is ours to explore El Calafate.

DAY 7 | Nov. 7, 2018 | El Calafate - Perito Moreno (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, we'll start our full-day tour of Perito Moreno Glacier. At 5 km's long and 70 metres high it is the third largest freshwater reserve in the world and the centerpiece of Los Glaciares National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an icy wonderland. This is one of the few glaciers in the world that is still growing. If we are lucky, we will see the ice calving away from the glacier, which happens when the water pressure on the ice, causes it to collapse into the lake below. We will have ample time to observe and take photos of this amazing glacier and enjoy a boxed lunch before driving back to El Calafate.

DAY 8 | Nov. 8, 2018 | El Calafate - Puerto Natales (B)
In the morning we'll transfer to Puerto Natales, a formerly modest fishing port on Seno Ùltima Esperanza, and the gateway to Torres del Paine National Park. This is an area for nature lovers, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, sailing and exploring. Upon arrival we will transfer to our hotel.

DAY 9 | Nov. 9, 2018 | Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine National Park (B)
After breakfast we'll drive to the Torres del Paine National Park for a full day of siteseeing. In this protected area we will find stunning scenery and landscapes filled with lakes, lagoons, waterfalls, glaciers, hills and peaks. We'll will visit a number of attractions including the Cueva del Milodón Natural Monument (Mylodon Cave) and the Salto Grande waterfall. In the late afternoon we'll drive back to the hotel.

DAY 10 | Nov. 10, 2018 | Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas - Santiago (B)
After an early breakfast at our hotel, we will drive for approximately four hours, to the city of Punta Arenas. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by our local guide for a city tour through Punta Arenas, which was the first permanent settlement in Austral Patagonia. Punta Arenas dates back to 1848 when it was just a small colony but developed into the most important cultural, commercial, and cattle raising centre of Patagonia.

We will tour through the avenues and squares which host more than thirty monuments and then proceed to Cerro La Cruz, to enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the city and the Strait of Magellan. Afterwards we will continue to Punta Arenas airport for our flight to Santiago, Chile’s capital, framed by the majestic Andes Mountain range. Upon arrival we will transfer our hotel for check in.

Overnight at Hotel Marina Las Condes or similar (2 nights)

DAY 11 | Nov. 11, 2018 | Santiago (B, D)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will start with a half-day city tour of Chile’s capital, Santiago. We'll begin with the San Francisco church, which was built between 1572 and 1618 and then pass through the Barrio Paris-Londres which is characterized by its European architectural style and its narrow cobbled streets.

We'll continue to the Club Hípico district, where we can see one of the most beautiful horse-racing tracks in South America. We'll also visit the Plaza de Armas, where a number of important buildings, monuments and landmarks are gathered.

Afterwards, we will continue by driving up to the top of the San Cristóbal Hill where we can find the finest views of Santiago and the Andes Mountains.

Before our farewell dinner at the Como Agua para Chocolate restaurant, we pass by daring architectural designs of modern residential areas of the city and the bustling Providencia shopping zone.

DAY 12 | Nov. 12, 2018 | Santiago - Toronto (B)
After breakfast at our hotel, we will drive to the airport for our flight home.
