We are writing to tell you how impressed and happy were with the service provided by Marianne DeLima on our recent cruise on the Oceania Insignia. Marianne was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us as we planned this 44 day cruise.
Marianne was most helpful and patient as she assisted us, regardless of how naive our questions were. We highly recommend Marianne and plan to use hers services for future travel.
Everything was top notch. Accommodations were excellent. The hotels you selected were where I think you want to be in all the cities.
The transfers and sightseeing pickups were on time. No issues.
Flights, train were all on time.
The guides were excellent. Sights were great.
It was a very busy trip. This was fine and what we were looking for.
The itinerary package that you prepared was very easy to follow.

What an absolutely wonderful experience you and Eugenia planned for all of us! Nothing was overlooked and everything came together splendidly.
I will admit I was skeptical when I saw how cheap the airline tickets were – but you really came through for us. The fight to Paris was in a jumbo 747 – business class was on the lower level – the seats were comfortable (fully reclining), the service and meals were great – but it was the space that made it memorable. Had it not been for a magazine rack in the middle, we could have performed calisthenics in the open area. The flight from Amsterdam was equally comfortable – made memorable by the fantastic food served. Well done!
The hotels were first class – everything was clean, well-maintained and the service and care were both excellent – I was greeted by name by the headwaiter and the concierge.
I was very impressed by the transfers – at the Venice airport we were greeted by a representative (rep) who took us to a waiting car – the car drove to the boat dock where we were greeted by another rep who took us to our boat. The same on leaving Venice – met by a rep who got us into our boat – met again by a rep who took us to our van – met at the train station by another rep who took us to the car rental area. Arriving in Rome – we took the rental van back to the company and walked back to the hotel (10 minutes). Returning the van was the only time I felt a little apprehensive, as we were not given a return receipt for the van. Leaving Rome we were met promptly by the driver who, although his command of the English language was minimal, was still able to give us a commentary of all the places we passed – it made the journey to the airport quite enjoyable.
I will leave it to Eugenia to comment on your services as all I did was enjoy the fruits of your combined labour. But from where I stand – your services were exceptional!
It was undoubtedly among the best vacations I have ever had!
Costa Rica was phenomenal. We both loved it. Best part was the white water rafting. The waterfall rappelling and zip lining were awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed the other activities. You honestly put together an amazing trip – I got the impression that the companies we did things though and the places we went were some of the best when I was talking to other tourists, etc

Over the past couple of weeks I have been corresponding with Ryan Bourassa to organize a fairly complicated last-minute trip around the world. I was concerned there wouldn’t be enough time to pull it off, but with Ryan’s patience and expertise, it all came together flawlessly. Not only was he consistently diligent and attentive, but he was also very creative in finding solutions to ensure I booked the perfect trip. He saved me a whole lot of hassle and headache – and even a bit of money!
